Limitless Technology is seeking a passionate and empathetic Customer Support Specialist (Chat) to join our global remote network of freelance support professionals.

In this role, you will represent one of the world’s most well-known gaming brands. You will collaborate with hundreds of other gamers and use your expertise to help players enjoy smooth, uninterrupted experiences—delivering fast, clear, and friendly support via chat. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction feels simple and effortless.

– This is a fully remote, freelance hourly position.
– Shifts are currently available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:30 (UTC).
– Hourly pay ranges from US$5 to US$20 depending on your location, with additional incentives based on quality and volume.
– You can choose your own shifts.
– To stay on the team, you must maintain an average of at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions.
– Over time, we will expand support to global markets and introduce 24/7 shift options to maximize scheduling flexibility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping users with products and values flexibility in when and how they work.

What you will do
– Chat with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them to solutions.
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values.
– Escalate complex cases to specialist teams when needed.
– Maintain clear and consistent records of each interaction.
– Stay up to date on product updates, service information, and policies to deliver well-informed support.
– Share insights on recurring problems to help improve the overall customer experience.

What you need
– Proven customer support experience, preferably in chat or digital support.
– Strong written English, including excellent spelling and grammar.
– Confidence using multiple tools and systems at the same time.
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
– A reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
– Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
– Additional client-specific requirements, such as a valid and active PSN ID for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community suspensions within the last 12 months.
– You must have at least one 64-bit Windows 11 device. Mac and Chromebooks support is coming soon.
