We are seeking a developer to build and support challenging applications. We really are working with great clients on projects to do the things in the job description. A few examples of current projects include:

  • Building an interfacefor acausal inference model built byleading bioinformaticsresearchersto provide personalized identification of cancer drivers.

  • Working with a world-class team to build an app / messaging system to help guide young adults to good health using (among other things)amachine learning-based recommender system.

  • Launching an e-commerce integration product (flowlink.io)that allows online retailers to easily automate away many of their most tedious tasks.

  • Building an app to help home health care providers up their game to meet Medicare’s latest quality rating innovations.

Duties:

  • Develop, test, and support web and mobile appon a variety of platforms (Ruby on Rails, Meteor, AngularJS, Nodejs).

  • Develop software through the entire software development lifecycle while adhering to agile methodologies.

  • Learn new tools and techniques for building great software.

  • Pick the right technology for the task at hand (rather than fitting the task into the technology we already know).

  • Willingness and aptitude to move seamlessly between multiple programming languages, frameworks, and platforms.

  • Bring your own expertise to share with the staff and add to your experience by learning from others in a collaborative environment.

  • DevOps work withclient sites hosted under Linux(mostly) and Windows.
