We work with fantastic clients, candidates and partners. We have a good time and work under steep deliverables, tight time frames and just a little pressure. If you love people, deadlines, challenges and data I want to talk with you.

This opportunity is perfect for someone with high learning agility and flexibility. You’ll be sourcing and screening candidates, interacting with clients, scheduling and coordinating meetings, organizing events, preparing reports, creating content for job postings and the web site and just about anything else your heart desires.

You must be responsible, detail oriented, smart and willing to figure things out. You’ll be working directly with me and I’ll teach you everything I know.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting out their recruiting career who wants to learn many different industries, understand how companies work and be exposed to all types of talent at all levels.

This role offers a great deal of autonomy and flexibility. You’ll work from client sites, home and our office in Walnut Creek.
