Lightup Network Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is a small telecommunications services provider based in Frankfurt, Germany. We have roots in the Swiss-German market and also operate a branch in Switzerland.

We are currently hiring a Customer Communications Agent on a fully remote basis for 4 hours per day (CET). The salary is EUR 1,000 per month.

In this role, you will call customers to share important account-related information and offer guidance. You will help customers understand potential risks and make well-informed decisions.
