We’re looking for a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a fully remote position. If you’re based near Nantes, you may occasionally work from our office.

## What We’re Looking For
– **Fluency in English and French is mandatory:** English is our main working language, so strong written and verbal communication is essential. We’re also expanding support for French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Technical knowledge:** You don’t need to be a developer, but you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS). This is not a “learn on the job” role—please come prepared.
– **Experience in customer support via live chat:** You should be comfortable managing multiple customer conversations at once and delivering clear, efficient responses in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a strong advantage.
– **Experience with B2B & support software:** You should understand how SaaS products work and have experience using or supporting B2B customer support tools (e.g., help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems).
– **Team spirit:** Empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative attitude are essential. You’ll thrive if you value teamwork and a positive work environment.
– Strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus:** Proficiency in an additional European language.

## Contract Details
– **In France:** If you’re based in France, you’ll be hired under a **standard employment contract (CDI)**.
– **Outside France:** If you live outside France, you’ll work under a full-time **freelance service contract**. You’ll need independent contractor status in your country and the ability to issue invoices.
