Role Purpose:
SOAR is looking for a driven and experienced Product Owner who excels at asking precise questions to uncover and document business requirements. In this role, you will be key in connecting business needs with technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and clearly defining product requirements. Your skill in engaging stakeholders, asking insightful questions, and converting business challenges into actionable requirements will be essential to our product development success. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements Management:
• Collect and assess business needs through collaboration with stakeholders, producing detailed documentation and user stories.
• Maintain a product backlog aligned with business objectives and ensure all teams fully understand requirements.

Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the main contact for requirements and cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders.
• Manage expectations regarding scope, timelines, and trade-offs, consistently representing customer and business interests.

Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams; participate in Agile ceremonies; support development teams throughout implementation.
• Work with QA to ensure requirements are testable.

Strategic Leadership:
• Ensure requirements align with company goals and help define and communicate the product roadmap.
• Make data-driven decisions on scope and prioritization.
• Identify gaps in requirements and recommend solutions.

Process Improvement:
• Improve the requirements-gathering process, gather feedback after delivery, stay updated on industry best practices, and enhance product development workflows.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the fintech sector.
• Proven success in creating and launching fintech products.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong ability to produce clear and structured documentation, especially PRDs.
• Experience using Jira for managing product backlogs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on finance, credit, or loan modules within a fintech setting.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
