We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Business Advisory team in Stockholm. You will join a dynamic team of five Experts dedicated to our Finance line of business. In this role you will work as a trusted advisor primarily in conjunction with Sales, in both pre-sales & selling phases, with our largest customers. You will provide expert insights, support and direction in the capabilities and opportunities within Finance and Risk, helping the business in support of generating growth. Working across teams and borders is part of our everyday work at Dun & Bradstreet and we believe in success by helping others succeed.
This role is specifically about;
- Be the go-to presales expert within areas such as Finance Portfolio, Credit Information and Analytics
- Supporting the Relationship and Solutions Sales teams on key client engagements and assist in new business.
- Customize and conduct product demonstrations to address specific customer needs and challenges.
- Providing expert insights and direction to clients within a dedicated use case area / LOB
- Identify customers/use-cases-relevant D&B data
- Designing solutions based on complex customer requirements (incl. matching processes and data content with focus on integration solutions)
- Supporting Sales colleagues in effectively packaging and presenting solutions to clients including return on investment.
- Supporting the Sales enablement process by delivering speaking points to relevant sales teams through the lens of a customer, and how our products can solve their challenges.
- Keeping up to date with market sentiment, client feedback, new technology and regulations.
- Identifying customer-relevant D&B data for respective use cases and conception of solutions to integrate into customers’ target systems/processes as well as rule based decisioning/policy.
- Developing solution designs based on complex requirements of the customer. Matching processes and data content with focus on integration solutions.
- Working closely with marketing to support and drive GTM activities, including – whitepapers, webinars
- Briefings and general thought leadership; Work with our alliances channel to understand synergies with platform and services providers where a combination of our data and their platform can place us winning situations.
- Supporting in RFI and RFP process
To be successful in this role we believe you have;
- 5 + years’ experience of working in the finance market, for example a niche bank or at a company offering advanced products/services for handling credit granting and financial risk
- Understanding of credit granting in general, how scoring models work and how businesses use data and analytics in their finance, credit and risk processes – challenges and opportunities
- Designed solutions based on complex customer requirements (incl. matching processes and data content with focus on integration solutions)
- Customer facing and problem-solving skills – able to interact with clients, understand the issues they are having and providing advice on how to tackle the challenge and/or taking issues internally for resolution.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple disparate streams concurrently.
- Knowledge of API technologies (Rest/ Soap/ JSON/ XML) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, being able to take complex regulatory guidelines and providing high level summaries to internal teams and in some instances to clients.

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
