Filipino‑Speaking Back Office Officer – Cyprus or Greece
The Role:
We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our Back Office team. Successful applicants will be responsible for supervising, processing, and finalizing client funding requests.
Main responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and refunds in line with company policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to the company’s anti‑money laundering regulations
• Assist all internal departments with issues related to client funds
• Suggest enhancements for system improvements
• Perform additional duties as required
Main requirements:
• Degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Filipino and English
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Solid computer and numerical abilities
• Must hold a valid work permit
