BELAY is hiring in the United States, but we are not currently contracting in California, Colorado, Montana, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level support to senior executives. They should be highly organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. They should also be able to draft documents and assist with any meeting preparation as needed.

Pay Range
The Virtual Assistant pay range starts at $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill set. Contractors are paid a fixed monthly rate based on the number of contracted hours. BELAY does not guarantee hours or clients.

Responsibilities
– Manage executives’ calendars
– Assist executives with meeting preparation
– Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
– Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documents for executives

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
– Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
– Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and follow through effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
