Flashbots was founded in 2020 as a research and development group focused on reducing the harmful externalities and existential risks associated with Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we’ve made a major impact on the crypto ecosystem through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, extensive open research, and our upcoming project, SUAVE.

We’re seeking a product manager to join our block building team. In this position, you will guide the roadmap for our Ethereum block builder and create new products and developer tools for searchers, solvers, and traders.

Key responsibilities

– Collaborate with searchers, solvers, and application developers to gather insights, understand their needs, and convert feedback into product requirements
– Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
– Establish, track, and interpret key performance indicators to evaluate product success and guide decisions across product areas
– Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to execution to scaling
