In this role, you will support businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts. All positions are fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

What you’ll do: As a live chat support agent, you will be paid to respond to customer questions, send sales links, and offer discounts through live chat on a company’s website or social channels.

Contract length: No fixed term

Pay rate: $25–$35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with reliable internet access. Basic English writing skills are necessary.

Skills/background: These are beginner-level chat support positions. Full training is provided, and no previous work experience is required.

Location: Remote worldwide, with a preference for applicants based in the United States.
