Our rapidly growing company is seeking a motivated **Entry-Level Administrative Assistant** to help ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. In this position, you will support the organization, updating, and maintenance of accurate company records and databases, while handling information efficiently and correctly.

You will also provide general administrative support across teams to enhance workflow and streamline internal processes. Success in this role requires strong computer skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
– Enter data and maintain accurate records in internal systems
– Regularly update spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation

– Support internal teams by keeping information organized and current
– Flag missing or inconsistent data for correction
