NoGigiddy is looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. In this position, you will develop and maintain client relationships, ensure their needs are met, and deliver outstanding service. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in account management or customer service. A college degree is not required, but strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting clients are important.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to questions, concerns, and requests quickly and effectively.
• Help coordinate client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and keeping client information current.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and present routine reports on account performance, client feedback, and service enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to meet client needs.
• Support onboarding for new clients by providing essential information and resources.
• Collect and share client feedback to help improve services and overall experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools is a plus.
• Experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is an advantage.

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are helpful but not required.

Working Conditions:
• Fully remote position with flexibility in work location.
• Regular virtual meetings and communication with sales and support teams.
• Use of communication and collaboration tools such as email, video conferencing, and CRM platforms.

Salary Range:
• $20 to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
