The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise System Engineer with strong Power Automate knowledge for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop RPA) development.
  • Strong expertise in workflow automation, RPA, and business process optimization.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or Python for scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and advanced automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice-to-have:
  • Microsoft Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600).
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and AI-driven automation.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop) to automate business processes.
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency, reliability, and performance.
  • Handle error handling, logging, and troubleshooting for automation solutions.
  • Build Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
  • Automate manual, repetitive tasks using AI-powered automation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify and streamline workflow automation needs.
  • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs.
  • Develop custom connectors and scripts using PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Leverage Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs for advanced automation.
  • Ensure workflows follow security best practices, governance policies, and compliance standards.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), data security, and monitoring.
