Software requirement

I have 4 sheets in excel and I want to integrate them into one database. When I get enquiry for order, I note customer name, enquiry date and details of enquiry. Then after 24 hours, it should ask me for update on the enquiry if I have not sent either Offer Sheet or Proforma. Then every 2 days, it should ask about maturity of preform. My profit is automatically calculated once the general file number of the enquiry changes to an order file number.

I should be able to get report customer wise any period, supplierwise any period, profit for a defined period, different years reports.
