We’re hiring a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through chat and email (no phone support). You’ll respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a fully remote position. If you’re located near Nantes, you may occasionally visit our office.
## What We’re Looking For
– **Fluency in English and French is required:** English is our primary working language, so strong written and verbal communication is essential. We’re also growing our support for French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Technical knowledge:** You don’t have to be a developer, but you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS). This role isn’t designed for on-the-job training—please come prepared.
– **Experience supporting customers via live chat:** You should be comfortable handling multiple customer conversations at the same time and providing clear, efficient answers in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a strong advantage.
– **Experience with B2B & support software:** You should understand how SaaS products work and have experience using or supporting B2B customer support tools such as help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems.
– **Team mindset:** Empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative approach are essential. You’ll do well here if you value teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
– Strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus:** Fluency in an additional European language.

## Contract Details
– **In France:** If you’re based in France, you’ll be hired on a **standard employment contract (CDI)**.
– **Outside France:** If you live outside France, you’ll work under a full-time **freelance service contract**. You’ll need independent contractor status in your country and the ability to issue invoices.

– The salary range for this role is **€30K–€35K gross per year**, depending on experience.
