Do you have experience handling customer inquiries via tickets or email? Are you interested in working from home with flexible hours? If so, ModSquad is currently recruiting independent Mods to join our community.

**Language:**

**We are looking for:**
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in television and film
• Experience in technical support
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills across various apps and platforms
• Professional-level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

**Technical requirements:**
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or higher
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two-factor authentication app on your phone
