What we’re looking for:
• Customer-focused mindset
• Enthusiasm for TV and film
• Experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills across different apps and platforms
• English at a professional level
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

Workplace requirements:
• Your own laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer
• A reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two-factor authentication app on your smartphone
