With nine locations across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region, Shield AI’s technology supports missions around the world.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting throughout the EMEA region. This person will work closely with business and technical leaders to manage end-to-end hiring for a wide range of roles, including engineering, R&D, operations, program management, and go-to-market positions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting across various EMEA markets, excels in a fast-growing, mission-focused environment, and can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across Shield AI’s EMEA operations, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with functional and regional leaders to identify hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and build recruiting strategies aligned with Shield AI’s mission.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical, operational, and leadership roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent-related matters, including market trends, compensation insights, and employer branding.
• Work closely with Talent teams in the U.S. and internationally to ensure a consistent, values-aligned hiring approach worldwide.
• Manage and mentor sourcing and coordination support when needed.
• Ensure adherence to regional employment laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies throughout EMEA.
• Monitor key hiring metrics and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

What We’re Looking For
• At least 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth technology, aerospace, defense, or robotics environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring across multiple EMEA markets and managing regional variances in recruitment practices and employment laws.
• Strong track record in both technical recruiting (engineering, AI/ML, autonomy) and non-technical recruiting (operations, business, G&A).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions using data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Deep expertise in talent mapping, proactive sourcing, and market research.
• Proficiency with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones with global teams.

International team members are employed through our Employer of Record and receive a comprehensive global benefits package in addition to base salary. Full details on compensation and benefits can be provided by your talent acquisition partner.
