Kiddom is an innovative educational platform that supports student equity and achievement by combining high‑quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. Its powerful curriculum management tools enable schools and districts to take full ownership of their curriculum, creating learning experiences tailored to the needs and goals of their communities. As Kiddom expands into major state adoptions, we are seeking a Math and ELA Adoption Presenter to deliver compelling sales presentations that inspire state and district leaders to choose Kiddom.

The Adoption Presenter represents Kiddom’s curriculum and instructional philosophy throughout state and district adoption cycles. This role blends instructional expertise, storytelling, and sales collaboration to deliver engaging 45–60 minute in‑person or virtual presentations that highlight Kiddom’s classroom impact.

You will partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Curriculum teams to design and deliver presentations that demonstrate the value, usability, and effectiveness of Kiddom’s Math and ELA programs. Your mission is to help districts view Kiddom not simply as a program, but as a true partner in transforming teaching and learning.

This position is ideal for experienced educators, instructional leaders, or consultants with strong presentation abilities and a solid understanding of K–12 curriculum adoption.

You will…
• Deliver engaging 45–60 minute presentations for state and district committees evaluating Math and ELA programs
• Adapt presentations to different audiences — from curriculum reviewers to superintendents — ensuring Kiddom’s value is clear
• Partner with Sales leadership on messaging, competitive positioning, and adoption strategy
• Create customized presentation materials, including slide decks, sample lessons, and live demos
• Develop deep knowledge of Kiddom’s HQIM content, pedagogy, and digital platform to represent the product authentically
• Participate in practice sessions and feedback cycles to refine delivery and maintain consistent messaging
• Stay informed about state adoption rubrics, evaluation criteria, and competitors
• Serve as a credible instructional expert who can connect classroom practice to district‑level goals
• Occasionally support follow‑up activities such as panel Q&As, educator showcases, or virtual walkthroughs

What we’re looking for…
• At least 3 years of experience in education, professional learning, instructional design, or similar fields
• Strong facilitation skills with a track record of leading engaging virtual and in‑person sessions for adults
• Knowledge of instructional practices, edtech tools, and educator support strategies
• Flexibility to present on a variable schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
• Comfort using webinar platforms, collaboration tools, and learning management systems
• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (master’s preferred)

Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.

Hours & Schedule
This is an hourly, as‑needed role based on district demand.

Travel Requirements
Travel is required.

Compensation & Equipment
Pay ranges from $50 to $100 per hour depending on the type of assignment, such as virtual prep or in‑person facilitation. Mileage reimbursement may apply.

What Kiddom Offers
• Opportunities to enhance your facilitation skills and deepen your edtech expertise

• An inclusive, positive team culture
