Doximity is looking for an Editorial Assistant to support our Editorial Team by producing high-quality clinical content for our members and by helping manage community engagement on our platform. As the largest community of healthcare professionals in the country, Doximity is uniquely positioned to help clinicians stay informed in their careers and clinical practice. In this role, you’ll help implement a 21st-century information-sharing strategy for our members (one million and counting!).

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support the Editorial Team with copyediting, content curation and publishing, comment moderation, and other editorial initiatives for Doximity’s News products
  • Join team brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas for next-generation curation, communication, and social engagement
  • Help support community health and moderation efforts
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong copyediting skills
  • Self-directed, with an excellent work ethic
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Availability to work weekends—this role is Sunday–Thursday. As the team grows, some Saturday hours may be required on a rotating schedule
Nice to have:
  • Background knowledge and/or experience in healthcare
  • Experience in health journalism or other writing fields
Compensation
For this full-time role, the US total compensation range is $70,000–$90,000 (including salary + equity). Pay ranges are based on role and level. The range shown reflects the approximate total target compensation for this position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
