Tasks + Responsibilities
- Managing 2022 Website Redesign Project
- Working with our chosen design agency to ensure they have all necessary resources for website redesign
- Daily management of our Shopify Store
- Product page edits and management
- Bug fixes
- Improving customer experience
- Configuring and optimizing Shopify Apps
- Working directly with customer support team to deal with issues as they arise
- Managing All Store Promos
- Working with the NS management team to brainstorm effective promos
- Implementing automatic discounts and automations (BOGO, FREE Gifts, % OFF)
- Managing design and implementation of sale pages
- Working with email agency to plan and execute email campaigns
- Customer Experience and Lifetime Value
- Optimizing the customer experience
- Improving customer portal
- Working with Email Agency to Improve Email Flows
- All pre and post purchase interactions
Skills
- Deep knowledge of Shopify
- Ability to make basic Shopify page edits
- Experience with ecommerce marketing
- Email marketing
- Onsite conversion rate optimization
- Improving customer experience and lifetime value
- Basic copywriting skills
