We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile individual with adeep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform who wants to take ownership of one of the most extensive, multi-tenant, partner-hosted Dynamics CRM based xRM applications in the world. NOTE: This is a system admin position, not a software developer position.

• Maintain and administer multi-server Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform install including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.

• Plan and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server and Active Directory/ADFS patches and updates across dev, QA, customer sandbox and production environments.

• Partner with hardware/networking/VMware consultant and Sr. DBA to deliver high availability / high-performance infrastructure to all points around the globe.

• Partner with software engineering leader to manage and automate build and software release processes.

• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation necessary for PCI-DSS compliance.
