Job Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist and QC team members support the creation of accurate documents for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents using internal platforms and email
– Take part in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur
– Complete additional assigned projects

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry experience is a plus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
– Strong attention to detail
– Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
