Requirements
Below are the details:

• Professionals in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Education, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree (It is mandatory that the degree be validated by SUNEDU).
• Certification in digital skills and proficiency with educational platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, among others.
• Proven professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in higher education (preference for virtual or hybrid modalities).
• Commitment, proactivity, and passion for education—essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop synchronous sessions, fostering a high-quality educational experience.
• Encourage active learning by facilitating the virtual classroom, incorporating resources, methodologies, and interactive strategies.
• Monitor students’ academic progress by providing timely feedback, guidance, and support.
• Promote critical thinking, innovation, and creativity in learning activities.
• Manage high-value digital experiences and collaborate in educational innovation by participating in teaching communities, improvement spaces, and ongoing updates on EdTech trends.
