What you’ll do:
• Make energy simple by cutting through the jargon and helping customers understand their bills, meters, and tariffs.
• Resolve issues quickly and confidently, whether it’s billing problems, meter concerns, or complex energy questions.
• Provide full support by phone or email, managing each query from beginning to end—including complaints.
• Think on your feet. No scripts—just genuine conversations and practical solutions.
• Treat every customer with warmth and care, going the extra mile.
• Make a meaningful difference by helping customers in difficult situations or guiding them toward greener choices.
• Work from home with flexible hours while staying connected to an encouraging, inspiring team.

About the role:
Location: Remote
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: £24,900
Hours: 37.5 per week across mornings, evenings, and weekends
Our hiring process usually takes up to four weeks, but we can adapt where needed. Here’s what to expect:
First Stage Interview – Chat with a team member or submit recorded answers at a time that works for you.
Prep Call – A Talent Team member will walk you through everything you need to know before the Discovery Day.
Discovery Day – Meet future colleagues, join group tasks and role plays, take part in one‑to‑one interviews, and get a real sense of the role and culture.
Final Interview – Visit the office, meet two leaders, ask questions, and see the environment for yourself.
