OverviewSOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior DevOps/System Engineer to join our DataOps team. Purpose of the RoleYou’ll work on data infrastructure and CI/CD systems, driving stability, automation, and scalability for our data platforms and services. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and collaboration with the product development team and stakeholders. Set up and maintain infrastructure and services for production/staging environments.support

and development of Gitlab CI pipelines. React to monitoring events (periodical day/night duties). Improve infrastructure setup and maintenance processes. Participate in the design of complex IT systems.technology StackSaltstack, Pulumi, Kubernetes, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Kafka, GitLab, Vault, Prometheus + Grafana, Zabbix, ELK. Required Experience3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or SRE/DevOps. Good understanding of Linux-like operating systems (Administration and troubleshooting). Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible / Saltstack / Terraform / Pulumi). Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus stack/Zabbix). Experience with configuring Gitlab CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Clickhouse administration. Experience with Postgres administration. Experience with Kafka administration. Strong communication skills and fluency in Russian, English B1+. Nice to HaveExperience with Spark, Trino, DataHub, or Tableau set up and administration. Experience with Vault, Elasticsearch, or domain management. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimise workflows and support decision-making.
