Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative as we enter our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. Candidates strongly preferred in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S., Pacific) and GMT‑3, though we may consider other locations as well.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Partnering with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

You’re highly motivated and bring strong business development experience. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and you stand out because you:

• **Understand technology:** You may not be an engineer, but you’re familiar enough with the digital landscape to clearly explain our value

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote, no physical office
• Preferred: candidates based in the U.S. with work authorization
• Second priority: candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for 4–6 hours on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed place to work
