Piton Labs is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative as we enter our next growth phase. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT-8 (US Pacific) and GMT-3 are strongly preferred, though we can also consider others.
**ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS**
You’ll take part in the entire sales journey—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of what we offer to potential customers.
Your core responsibilities include:
• Identifying and contacting new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through ongoing communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customers’ challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• English proficiency at a native level
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business
**REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENT**
• Fully remote, no physical office
• Preferred: candidates based in the USA with work authorization
• Second priority: candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours on most days with East Coast time
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed workstation
