Piton Labs is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to help fuel our next stage of growth. As the first hire in this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are especially preferred, but other backgrounds may be considered case by case.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the entire sales process—from finding leads to closing deals—supported by our founding team. While deep technical knowledge isn’t required, having a strong grasp of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospective clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Prospecting and contacting new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Creating and executing sales strategies for our priority markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and feedback
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through ongoing communication
• Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to address client challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Fluent English (native level)
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technology company
• Proven ability to generate new opportunities
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• 100% remote position—no on-site office
• Preference for candidates in the United States with work authorization
• Second preference: Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Able to overlap with Eastern Time for 4 to 6 hours on most days
• Digital nomad lifestyle is welcome—no required fixed location
