Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to support our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and forming new strategic partnerships. We especially welcome candidates located in time zones from GMT‑8 (U.S. Pacific) to GMT‑3, though we may consider other locations depending on the situation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the entire sales process—from identifying prospects to closing deals—supported by our founding team. You don’t need advanced technical knowledge, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing and contacting new prospective customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Creating and executing sales strategies for our key markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that demonstrate how our solutions address customer needs

You are highly motivated and bring strong business development experience. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and you stand out because you:

• **Think strategically:** you understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
• **Understand the technology:** while you may not be an engineer, you’re familiar with the digital landscape enough to communicate our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English fluency
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in the tech sector
• Demonstrated ability to create new business opportunities

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote; no physical office
• Preference for U.S.-based candidates authorized to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with the U.S. East Coast schedule on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed work location
