Piton Labs is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to help drive us into the next phase of growth. As the first hire in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We prioritize candidates located between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 time zones, but we will consider candidates from other regions on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities and Expectations
You will take part in the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—supported by the founding team. While you don’t need a deep technical background, having a foundational understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value to prospects.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers
• Represent Piton Labs at events, meetings, and business networking opportunities
• Design and execute targeted business strategies for core markets (startups and enterprise innovation teams)
• Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer needs and feedback
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Present and explain our solutions to customers, highlighting how they address customer pain points

About You
You are proactive and bring strong business development experience. Building and maintaining relationships is second nature to you. What makes you stand out is that you:

Basic Requirements
• English proficiency at a native level
• At least 4 years of business development experience, ideally from a tech company
• Clear ability and experience in expanding new business opportunities

Remote Work Policy
• Fully remote—no physical office
• Priority for candidates with legal work authorization in the United States and who are currently living in the U.S.
• Second priority for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Daily overlap of 4 to 6 working hours with the US Eastern Time zone
• Ideal for digital nomads—no fixed office location required
