Piton Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help us enter our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates based in time zones between GMT‑8 (US Pacific) and GMT‑3, though others may be considered.

**ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting to closing—supported by our founding team. While you don’t need deep technical expertise, having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly to prospective customers.

Your core responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Creating and executing targeted sales strategies for our primary markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Partnering with the engineering team to convert customer feedback into practical requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer needs

**ABOUT YOU**
You’re driven and have relevant business development experience. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and you stand out because you:
• **Take ownership:** You want to lead the process end to end and actively contribute to shaping the company’s growth
• **Build relationships:** You excel at forming partnerships and converting contacts into customers
• **Think strategically:** You understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
• **Understand tech:** You may not be an engineer, but you know the digital space well enough to explain our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technology setting
• Proven track record of generating new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote, with no in-person office
• Preferred: candidates located in the USA with work authorization
• Second priority: candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to align with East Coast time for 4–6 hours most days
• Ideal for digital nomads who don’t have a fixed workplace
