Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and creating new strategic partnerships. Candidates located between GMT‑8 (West Coast of the United States) and GMT‑3 are especially preferred, though we may consider other options depending on the circumstances.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing tailored business strategies for our target markets (startups and innovation within enterprises)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into concrete, actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**ABOUT YOU**
You are driven and have solid experience in business development. You naturally create and maintain relationships, and you stand out because you:

• **Build relationships:** you excel at forming alliances and turning contacts into customers
• **Think strategically:** you understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
• **Understand technology:** you may not be an engineer, but you know enough of the digital landscape to communicate our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Fluent, native-level English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote work with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with authorization to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4 to 6 hours with the East Coast U.S. schedule on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads—no fixed workplace
