Piton Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to help us kick off our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates in time zones between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3 are preferred; others will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will support the entire sales cycle—from the first outreach to closing—with guidance from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical knowledge, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology sector will help you clearly communicate our value.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our target markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**ABOUT YOU**
You are results-driven with strong Business Development experience. You naturally build relationships and nurture them over time. You stand out especially in:
– **Proactivity/ownership:** you want to lead the process and help grow the company
– **Relationship building:** you attract partners and turn connections into customers
– **Strategic thinking:** you understand market dynamics and position our technology effectively
– **Tech fluency:** you’re not an engineer, but you understand the digital landscape well enough to communicate our value clearly

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– English at native-speaker level
– 4+ years of experience in Business Development, ideally in the technology sector
– Proven success in acquiring new customers

**REMOTE WORK**
– Fully remote, no office
– Preferred: candidates in the US with work authorization
– Secondary priority: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours on most days with US time (Eastern Time)
– Suitable for digital nomads—no fixed work location
