As a Demand Gen Analyst, it will be your responsibility to maintain the hygiene of our marketing data to power your analysis. That means managing our marketing infrastructure and troubleshooting when data pipeline(s) fail. You should love digging deep into numbers to investigate what is/isn’t working to drive MQL leads into the pipeline. Expect your analysis and recommendations to directly inform future marketing campaigns/content/tests.
Responsibilities
* Manage our entire marketing tech stack along with any integrations. (ex: Hubspot, GA, Calendly, Yesware) - Support our demand generation team through appropriate strategy, attribution models, and funnel optimizations to exceed targets.
- Identify and implement analytics to assess the success of all marketing initiatives.
- Own lead scoring, lead lifecycle management, pipeline forecasting, and campaign management.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI on existing marketing programs. Make recommendations to improve our marketing efforts.
- Managing paid acquisition channels such as search, social, and display including planning/budgeting, statistical analysis and optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Rigorous analytical background, comfortable in Excel or writing SQL queries
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and succinctly
