• Experience with independently developing software related to deep learning • Familiarity with concepts such as convolutional nets, restricted Boltzmann machines or active contour models • Familiarity with tools such as Theano, pylearn2, Torch7, or caffe • Familiarity with image recognition, localization and detection • Prior experience with medical imaging data or genomics is preferred
