The Data Specialist, Import is responsible for working directly with clients during the implementation process and supporting both internal and external stakeholders to migrate client historical data from various legacy software platforms. This position requires that you are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency in analyzing and manipulating large datasets.

How you’ll add value:

• Efficiently manage assigned projects including the management of sensitive client data
• Analyze, translate, import, and verify for accuracy the historical client accounting and employee data.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation of our product.
• Contribute to ongoing process documentation.
• Drive efficiency by assessing and capitalizing on opportunities to make process improvements
• Ability to troubleshoot variances between financial statements
• Other duties assigned on an ad hoc basis.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Advanced Excel knowledge including the ability to sequence and restructure large datasets
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong accounting background with bookkeeping or AP/AR experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• General work experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Experience with MS Excel’s Visual Basic (VBA) programming language
