Position overview: The data entry and quality control specialist helps produce accurate documentation for our delivery teams. In this role, you review submitted information, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a fully remote, full‑time position based in the United States.
Pay range: 25–45 dollars per hour

Key responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents using internal tools and email
– Participate in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry experience is a plus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to complete repetitive tasks with precision
– Strong attention to detail
– Collaborative and team‑oriented
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Starting pay: 25 to 45 dollars per hour

Work schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
