At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to work when they want, and where they want, and to enable healthcare facilities to get staff when they need it.

CBH is looking for a data scientist who can use data to analyze our business, help make decisions, and create efficient processes across all departments in the organization (customer service, marketing, operations).

Responsibilities:

– Design experiments to shape decision-making within the Company
– Analyze data to help us make more precise business decisions
– Use software and data to build more efficient processes across non-technical departments in the Company

Qualifications:
– At least 3 years of work experience with quantitative analysis in solving business problems
– Degree or equivalent in applied math, math, computer science, statistics
– Expert in SQL and statistical programming languages
– Expert with excel
– Works well under pressure
– Excellent verbal and communication skills
– Detail oriented
