Job Description:
As an AI Training Specialist (Data Annotation), you will help train and improve artificial intelligence systems. Your work will support AI models in learning to recognize text, images, and other data types more accurately.

Your main responsibilities include:
– Annotating and categorizing data according to detailed project guidelines (e.g., text, images, or short videos)
– Reviewing and verifying data to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and complete
– Identifying and reporting any errors, inconsistencies, or unclear information
– Following annotation instructions to deliver high-quality results
– Meeting productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to project deadlines
– Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all data security standards

Requirements:
We’re looking for detail-oriented people who can work independently and enjoy structured, accuracy-focused tasks. The ideal candidate:
– Lives in the United States (this is a fully remote role)
– Has strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Has reliable internet and a computer
– Can stay focused for extended periods and follow written instructions
– Can communicate clearly in English in writing
– Experience with data annotation, labeling, or transcription is preferred, but not required
