We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Professional Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing team at Bluelight. In this role, you will accurately enter, update, and maintain important company information across multiple systems and databases. The ideal candidate is extremely meticulous, efficient, and able to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially. **Key responsibilities**

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Verify and audit data to detect errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
  • Keep digital and physical records well organized
  • Conduct regular data and backup audits
  • Create reports and summaries as requested by leadership
  • Provide administrative support when needed
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards and company policies

**Qualifications**

  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
