Job Overview: The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control staff support the creation of accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
$25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and file legal documents using internal tools and email
– Take part in ongoing training to broaden industry and process knowledge
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Complete additional assigned tasks

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry experience is a plus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
– Strong attention to detail
– Team-oriented mindset
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Part-time: Choose any 2 to 4 hours per day.
