Job Overview: The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control staff support the creation of accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

$25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents using internal platforms and email
– Participate in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they appear
– Complete other assigned projects

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry experience is a bonus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
– Strong attention to detail
– Team-oriented mindset
– Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Referral Program
Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Part-Time Option: Flexible scheduling, 2 to 4 hours per day at the time you choose.
