We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to join Bluelight’s fast-growing team. In this role, you will accurately enter, update, and manage important company data across multiple systems and databases. The ideal candidate shows strong precision, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and confidentially. Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details
• Correct discrepancies and maintain data integrity
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Conduct regular data audits and backups
• Prepare reports and summaries for management
• Support general administrative tasks
• Follow data protection regulations and company guidelines

Qualifications
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative work, or a related role
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of database management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
