Job Overview: The Data Entry Specialist and QC staff support the creation of accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will review and verify information entered into our systems, address issues, and escalate concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay range: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and submit legal documents using internal tools and email
• Participate in ongoing training to broaden industry and process knowledge
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Complete additional assigned projects

Qualifications:
• No experience required; data entry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Part-time option: Choose any 2 to 4 hours per day.
