Position overview:
The data entry specialist gathers, organizes, and transfers information from PDF documents into Word or Excel files as needed.
Key responsibilities:
– Quickly and accurately transfer data from PDF files
– Enter information into Microsoft Word
– Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it with the original documents
– Handle all information carefully and precisely
– Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
– No prior work experience required
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Typing skills, ideally at least 20 words per minute with good accuracy
– Ability to work independently from home
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
