Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk gathers, organizes, and enters information from PDF documents into Word or Excel as needed.
Essential Functions:
– Enter data from PDF files quickly and accurately
– Input information into Microsoft Word
– Check data for accuracy by comparing it to the original documents
– Maintain a high level of precision when processing information
– Build and input data into Excel spreadsheets
Position Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED
– No previous experience necessary
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Typing skills, preferably at least 20 words per minute with accuracy
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
