We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to remotely join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Manage quota documentation including commodity information, timing, and other logistics relating to shipping and freight forwarding
• Maintain a log of ongoing fulfilment requirements and ensuring all shipments are accounted for correctly
• Learn and upkeep Expotrans’ operating procedures and managing order inflow
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to track and account for client requests and shipments
• Freight forwarding is dynamic; therefore you must be flexible and willing to jump into something new from time to time in order to support the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience dealing with Data Entry
• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding Logistics is an asset but not required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• An attention to detail
• The intellectual curiosity to ask questions, seek out answers and take charge of your long term development in learning the intricacies of global trade
