Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control team members help produce accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this role, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve any issues that arise, and escalate concerns when needed. This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and submit legal documents through internal systems and email
– Participate in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
– Investigate and resolve discrepancies
– Complete other assigned tasks and projects

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required; data entry background is a plus
– High school diploma or GED required
– Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
